Your role at zolar
In this role, you will strategically allocate budgets to ensure revenue maximization and financial efficiency.
As the decision-maker for customer pricing, you will play a crucial role in optimizing profitability and maintaining market competitiveness.
You will take charge of designing and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with Growth and Customer Service teams.
Providing diligent oversight, you will monitor daily operations and procedures to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.
Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure alignment and communication across all functions within Zolar.
Your leadership will drive the transition from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to a mature product, overseeing continuous development and improvement.
What you will need to bring
With a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, you bring a wealth of expertise to this role.
Having served as a business owner, project manager, product owner, or operational manager, your responsibilities have included business case modelling, P&L oversight, small business unit/team management, and strategic long-term planning.
Your experience in project management, particularly for a digital, consumer finance, or solar product, is evident in your successful track record.
Your structured approach is complemented by the ability to drive cross-departmental projects, align various functions, and steer multi-stakeholder teams effectively.
Your mindset is characterized by a strong business and solution orientation, adaptability, pragmatism, drive, and autonomy.
As a team player, you excel in both verbal and written communication, demonstrating excellent language skills in English (professional proficiency in German is preferred).
