Your role at zolar

As a Product Designer specializing in Application Design, you'll have an essential job in making our native and web apps better for both businesses (B2B) and endusers (B2C). We currently have two apps: the "zolar Installer App" for our installers and partners, and the "zolar Compass App" for our customers. In this role, your tasks will include:

• Focusing on the entire design process, from initial research and ideation to refinement and implementation for both B2B and B2C applications.

• Collaborating with the product manager to research and gain a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities we have in our B2B and B2C apps.

• Gaining a deep understanding of user problems specific to each application and helping define what research needs to be done to make more informed design decisions.

• Planning and conducting usability tests tailored to the different user groups to gather valuable insights and improve the user experience.

• Leveraging your design expertise to address the distinct requirements of each application, ensuring the needs of installers and partners, as well as customers, are met effectively.

• Creating innovative and user-friendly designs for both native and web applications.

Your responsibilities

• Being an integral part of an agile squad, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and being active part of the Product Design Team.

• Prioritizing and designing improvements to guide the product development.

• Being all about user-centered design, which means always thinking about what our users want and need first.

• Planning and moderating usability tests to gather valuable user insights.

• Creating exceptional and consistent experiences for our Applications
