Product Team
We’re building the first fully AI-based real estate experience in Europe — from the first search to the final signature. Our goal is simple: help users buy and sell on autopilot, by combining smart automation with human expertise.
We focus on high-impact, high-friction moments in the journey (pricing, visits, offers etc.), and design AI-powered co-pilots that act before users even have to ask. Our approach is pragmatic, data-driven, and built to deliver real outcomes — not just features.
Responsibilities / Mission
As a Product Manager at Zefir, you’ll own a strategic scope and work cross-functionally to build high-impact, AI-based user experiences. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and iteration—driving measurable outcomes and pushing the craft forward.
Define vision & strategy: Craft a compelling product vision aligned with user needs and business outcomes. Translate it into a clear, prioritized roadmap and OKRs.
Driving discovery & user insights: run continuous discovery using mixed methods (quant, qual, AI-driven signals). Turn insights into clear problem statements and prioritization frameworks. Build deep product intuition, informed by market context and data.
Owning delivery & execution: manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch and iteration. Write sharp specs, orchestrate team prioritization, and drive execution with engineering and design partners.
Shaping data culture & experimentation: define success metrics at both product and business levels (e.g. conversion, revenue etc.). Instrument tracking plans, run tests or synthetic benchmarks, and build automated dashboards (Amplitude, gsheet). Champion a culture of iteration and impact-based decisions.
Collaborating across disciplines: work hand-in-hand with operations, growth, sales and leadership teams. Navigate trade-offs and ensure strong cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
This role is for you if you:
Have 4–8 years of experience in product management. You either studied at a top-tier school, or made your mark by scaling quickly and driving measurable impact at a leading scale-up. A background in startups, consulting, or operations with strong product exposure is a plus.
Have exceptional product sense — you think from first principles, spot leverage points, and translate insights into bold product bets.
Bring strong technical acumen — you understand system trade-offs, use SQL regularly, and explore how AI tools can accelerate delivery.
Have already shipped successful AI-based features — or can demonstrate a strong, hands-on interest in how AI is transforming product development.
Rely on a quantitative and iterative mindset — you define the right metrics, design experiments, and learn fast.
Excel at collaboration and communication — you align people through clarity, trust, and shared outcomes.
Operate with autonomy and proactivity — you move decisively, embrace ambiguity, and push projects forward with urgency.
Are fluent in English — all rituals and documentation are in English.
