Zefir is the trusted intermediary for sellers, buyers, and real estate agents. Our mission is to simplify the real estate transaction, which is currently complex, lengthy, and uncertain.
For sellers, we offer a unique service as a real estate agent aggregator: when a seller entrusts us with a property for sale, we take care of presenting this property to all our partner agents, in order to maximize the probability of sale.
Zefir empowers European homeowners to break free and confidently move forward by making the home-selling and buying process fast, simple, and certain. We've secured €25M+ in funding from Sequoia Capital, the early investor behind tech powerhouses like Apple, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
🏡 About the Team
In this context, we have decided to create a new dedicated team focused on Real estate agent. The missions of this team are diverse, and their fulfilment is central to Zefir's development. We currently collaborate with over 300 partner agents and aim to multiply this number by 5 by the end of 2024.
👷‍♀️What You’ll Do
Our mission is to actively contribute to the creation and development of the agent business unit, which will be pivotal to the success of our project, namely, the establishment of a European real estate marketplace. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Prospect the most high-performing agents, city by city and neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
Persuade top agents to work for Zefir.
Conduct buyer prospecting sessions with both external and internal agents.
Onboard agents into the Zefir network and introduce them to our tools.
Ensure the smooth operation and performance of agents under mandate with Zefir.
Proactively collaborate with sellers, portfolio managers, sales buyers, and sellers to ensure proper coordination of resale activities at Zefir.
Actively contribute to the enhancement of tools and work methodologies.
🎯 Objectives
40% of visits come from our partner agents.
Achieve a monthly resale revenue growth of 15%.
💜 An Sales New Partnerships would be a good fit at Zefir if they were:
Graduated with a bachelor's/master's degree in business or other relevant field.
At least one significant experience in a sales role where you have been able to establish and maintain customer relationships.
You are comfortable with creating and maintaining customer relationships, skilled in negotiation, and adept at effectively addressing customer objections.
Structured and diligent, you possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Our internal communication is in English, so proficiency in the language is a plus.
