Role |

As a Home Transformation Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of transforming our apartments into ready-to-rent homes. You’ll manage the entire process from onboarding new apartments to ensuring they meet our high standards and are guest-ready. Your mission: balance speed, cost, and quality to deliver outstanding results on time and on budget.

Responsibilities |

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire home transformation process, managing timelines and budgets.
  • Supplier Coordination: Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Supply Chain, Revenue, and Guest Operations teams to streamline processes and communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all basic apartment functions (electricity, gas, water, insurance, internet) are operational before the Guest Ready date.
  • Resource Allocation: Support the team in managing resources and scheduling operations.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Manage relationships with service providers (plumbers, electricians, cleaners, painters, carpenters).
  • Process Improvement: Use data to drive recommendations and enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

About you |

  • Logical Thinker: You excel at building your line of thought and have a logical thinking structure to solve complex problems
  • Problem Solver: You identify issues and find creative solutions
  • Operations Experience: 1-2 years in a role that involves operations, project management, and customer interaction
  • Project Manager: Capable of managing projects under tight deadlines
  • Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency English (C1) and the markets’ language is required
  • Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes
  • Confident with working in cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable performing in a start-up environment
