We are one of the most promising startups of 2023 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. This is only the beginning as we've got our sights set on spreading to the rest of Europe and later to include other continents as well 🚀.

We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere 💥.

Responsibilities |

• Act as a bridge connecting our data output to the business users who depend on it. Grasp their goals and discover creative approaches to assist in achieving them efficiently.
• Conduct pricing analysis for products and clients to understand market positioning and identify potential areas for price optimization.
• Utilize your expertise in SQL and Python to construct effective queries that transform raw data into easily digestible and valuable insights, transform in dashboards for easy visualization of stakeholders.
• Presenting analysis findings from management to c level executives to support decision-making processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales and customer success operations.
• Empower users across the organization by helping them to better understand our data structure and how to extract the most value out of it.
• Comprehend the processes of our business needs and proactively devise strategies to automate existing manual tasks.

About you |

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working with an any visualization tool (we use Metabase)
• A visualization enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a talent for crafting compelling presentations tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Python and SQL knowledge and interest
• High level of Excel and good knowledge of Office.
• Confident with working in cross-functional teams.
