The role:
We are looking for a German speaking Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team! This role is pivotal in developing and executing our strategy for the DACH region. Sounds like you? Then let's talk!
What will you be doing?
- Deploy effective marketing strategies to drive MQLs through paid, earned, and owned channels as well as develop company value proposition(s) and offering/segment messaging in a given region.
- Oversee competition, identify trends and track the strategies and tactics employed by local competitors.
- Balance a healthy marketing mix as well as execute in-country marketing programs including but not limited to digital channels.
- Own and manage complex relationships with internal teams (design, sales and product) and external subcontractors to deliver growth.
- Analyze ongoing performance and come up with strategic recommendations based on a thorough data analysis.
- Run A/B, Lift, and other types of testing programs.
- Lead on creating compelling customer journeys and delivering an exceptional user experience on the website/in app.
What you will need to succeed?
- Native (or near native/advanced) German and a fluent level of English language required with the ability to read, write and communicate confidently and effectively.
- Strong experience in managing lead generation, ideally within a B2B setting.
- Proven track record of integrated marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, affiliate, field, social, and PR).
- Proven track record of A/B, lift tests, and other types of testing programs.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering (or overachieving) against high growth targets and quarterly goals.
- Knowledge of tracking tag and pixel management, or Google Tag manager.
- Great communication skills: you can explain why you make the decisions that you do, when collaborating with the rest of the team.
- Great listening skills: you are able to listen, keep an open mind, and take feedback constructively.
- Strong execution approach: you take action. You don't get easily overwhelmed or stuck in planning mode.
- You are very well organised, detailed and methodical: you excel at taking a big idea and breaking it down into an actionable project, process, or tasks to execute on. You have great prioritisation and focusing skills, and you believe in 80/20.
- Be a team player: whatever the problem, you are always part of the solution.
- Previous team management experience is a plus.
