You will work with technology such as motion- and face tracking to make our users avatars come alive and express themselves in a unique way.

What you will be building
We are building a product where users meet and hang out as avatars in interactive virtual spaces. The most important part of this is making sure our users can express themselves through their avatars. To accomplish this we need:
Scalable skeletal animation systems to make the avatars come alive and feel unique.
Face blend shape animations using real time face tracking.
Animated scenes and objects to make the surrounding world come alive.
Loads of Freedom - with loads of responsibility
From concept to reality: It's important that you can be part of continuously delivering, learning and iterating on our product.
First team: We are not only a small team. You will actually be joining the only team. This means that we will tackle company opportunities (and problems) as one unit.
Setting high standards: You will develop core pipelines and systems that many future team mates will build on top of, so building it in a scalable way and according to best practices is important. The system needs to be simple and effective so that other artists and animators can be productive, and powerful so that the result is world class.
Experience that would be valuable

Experience as an Animator or Technical animator in a team building a game or other interactive experience.
Having built applications with Unity.
Knowledge about face and body motion capture.
Experience of working together in a cross functional team/environment and supporting Developers, 3D-Artists, Animators and other functions.
