Your Role

• Driving Innovation in Debt Financing: Support the structuring and execution of complex financing transactions as we scale our debt facilities into the multi-billion range.

• Engaging with Top-Tier Investors: Work directly with institutional investors and financial partners, contributing to high-impact discussions and deal-making.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Help oversee the ongoing performance and compliance of our debt portfolio, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all reporting processes.

• Operational Excellence: Take ownership of day-to-day treasury operations and contribute to strategic portfolio management decisions.

• Accelerated Learning and Growth: Immerse yourself in an environment that challenges you to grow quickly—personally and professionally—through real responsibility from day one.

What You Bring to the Table

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, or a related field.

• Sharp Analytical Thinking: You enjoy working with numbers, spotting trends, and approaching problems with structured, data-driven thinking.

• Genuine Interest in Finance: You have a clear affinity for financial topics and a growing passion for the world of debt financing.
