As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand across English-speaking markets, focusing primarily on the UK and secondarily on North America. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that engage customers, build brand awareness, and maximize customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies specifically for the UK and North American markets, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for expansion.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, email, content marketing, and paid advertising) to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition in the UK.
SEO & Website Management: Ensure the UK website is optimized for SEO, regularly updating content and monitoring performance to enhance organic traffic.
Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing for higher performance and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content and sales teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and strategic partners in both markets to enhance brand presence.
Social Media Strategy: Create and manage social media content tailored to the UK audience, building strong, engaged communities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Customer Engagement & Retention: Build and implement strategies to engage and retain customers through email marketing, loyalty programs, and personalized communications.
Market Research & Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviors in both markets to adjust strategies accordingly and stay ahead of the curve.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for the UK, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting.
What you need to surf the wave with us?
Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within travel, or lifestyle brands, with a strong focus on the UK and North American markets.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UK and North American markets, including consumer behaviors, trends, and digital marketing landscapes.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions that drive growth.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, performance marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Language: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Self-Starter: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-focused company, and capable of adapting strategies to meet evolving market needs.
