The Role - Your Passion

• Reporting: Professionalize and adapt reporting for capital providers (equity investors and banks) to match the company’s growth.

• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the major business units at roadsurfer, providing analytical and financial support for cross-functional projects.

• Project Work: Engage in various project-specific tasks that require financial expertise and deep analysis.

• Planning & Budgeting: Contribute to and assist with planning and budgeting processes.

• Process Optimization: Rethink and further develop existing processes to ensure a higher level of professionalism and efficiency.

What you need to ride the wave with us:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in financial consulting (investment banking, corporate finance advisory, transaction services) or internal finance/strategy roles, ideally in the consumer goods sector.

• You possess a deep understanding of financial statements and strong financial modeling skills.

• You have excellent analytical skills combined with a strong commercial mindset.

• You are fluent in German and business proficient in English.
