THE ROLE - YOUR PASSION

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• You are responsible for our stations in your respective region and, thus, for the operational business at the roadsurfer stations.

• You drive the station set up and the organization in your region.

• You own the budget responsibility of your region and ensure an efficient use of resources.

• You lead the station teams and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction within the teams.

• You strive to maintain quality standards, also for all future stations in your region.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product, Pricing, Finance and Marketing to achieve objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF WITH US ON ONE WAVE

• Must have at least 2 years of multi-site regional management experience leading teams in various USA states required, Experience leading teams in Canada is desired

• Experience working with companies based in Germany or the European Union is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of wage and hour laws, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and the ability to quickly master new software programs.

• Willingness to travel to stations within the region.

• Strong experience in leading teams with empathy and building trust-based relationships.

• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail while understanding the bigger picture.

• Resilient problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.

• Offer contingent upon successful completion of a background and motor vehicle record check.

The base salary range for this role is USD $95,000 per year - USD $135,000 per year. (based on qualifications/experience and home city)
