The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Damage Calculation: You are responsible for evaluating damages and handling insurance claims.

• Issuing Repair Orders: You are responsible for issuing repair orders to our network of qualified workshops.

• Cost Calculation: You assess the damages to the vehicles and create cost estimates for the repairs. (Don’t worry if you haven't done this before; we’ll teach you.)

• Invoicing: You send invoices to customers and handle any complaints. You are the point of contact for colleagues and external partners.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• Proxomity: Ideally, you reside within close proximity to our rental stations (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Fracisco) to ensure timely and efficient commute if needed.

• Career Changers Welcome: We welcome applicants from all industries. Prior experience in the automotive industry is required. You should have a strong interest in cars or even motorhomes.

• Technical know-how: Ideally, you have technical knowledge of our vehicles or have previous experience performing repairs yourself.

• Customer Orientation: You should be able to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers. You are the first point of contact for our customers. Therefore, it is important that you have excellent communication skills and always act friendly and professional.

• Affinity for Cars: Your passion for cars is at the heart of this role. You should have a strong interest in cars and be willing to continuously learn. Your enthusiasm for cars will help you succeed in this role and provide our customers with the best possible service.
