The Role - Your Passion
You lead a growing team of customer service representatives and are responsible for their professional development.
You work on strategic projects in close coordination with the department management.
You are the primary contact and available for questions regarding our products rent, abo, myroadsurfer, and spots.
You offer solutions to customers in challenging travel situations and ensure conclusive support.
Your tasks include coordinating existing bookings and subscriptions, whether it's updates, rebookings, or cancellations.
You work closely with other teams, including product development, our international stations, and the sales team, to maximize service quality.
What You Need to Surf the Wave With Us
Work Experience: You have already gained solid experience in the field of customer service/support.
Team Lead Experience: Initial experience in leading teams is desirable.
Communication: You are a communication talent - in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
Positive Attitude: You have a positive mindset that our customers can feel through the phone.
Adventurous Spirit: You have a real passion for camping, travel, road trips, and distant countries.
Your Contract
Working Hours: We are available for our customers from Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 8 pm. Your leisure time is as important to us as it is to you! Therefore, we place great emphasis on early shift planning, strive to accommodate individual preferences as much as possible, and, of course, you are welcome to work from home on a regular basis.
Workplace: Working from home is possible, but we look forward to and expect you to be in the Barcelona office 2-3 days per week.
