Dag en Nacht Media, as part of the Podimo group, is one of the leading players in the podcast network in the Netherlands, known for producing, monetizing, and distributing high-quality content. We are now expanding into Belgium and looking for an ambitious and driven Sales & Network Manager to establish and grow our presence in the region.
This is the role
As our Sales & Network Manager in Belgium, you will play a key role in building Dag en Nacht Media’s footprint in the Belgian market. This role is a combination of sales and business development, focusing both on selling podcast advertising and expanding our podcast network by bringing new creators on board. You will work closely with the Dag en Nacht sales team in the Netherlands and report directly to the Sales Director. Your mission will be to develop new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and advertisers, while also identifying and signing new podcasts to grow our creator network in Belgium.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a sales strategy for the Belgian market, identifying key clients and growth opportunities.
Identifying new podcasts and building relations to creators, expanding our network with high-quality local content.
Building and maintaining relationships with media agencies, brands, and direct advertisers.
Selling podcast advertising solutions, including branded content and sponsorships.
Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-campaign reporting.
Collaborating with the sales team in the Netherlands to align on strategy, pricing, and best practices.
Representing Dag en Nacht Media at industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and attract new advertisers and creators.
This is you
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a start-up-like environment. You are passionate about audio, media, and digital advertising and have a strong network in Belgium’s advertising industry.
Experience we’re looking for:
Proven track record in media sales, preferably in digital advertising, audio, or podcasting.
Experience working with media agencies, direct advertisers, AND podcast creators in Belgium.
Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and sign new podcasts.
A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently while staying connected to a broader sales and content team.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Understanding of the Belgian media landscape and advertising trends.
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
