The Role
As an Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Program Managers and other stakeholders to design, implement, and manage enablement programs. Your focus will be on creating engaging content utilizing various tools and methodologies to enhance the skills and capabilities of our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development:
- Work in tandem with Program Managers to design and execute comprehensive enablement programs aligned with revenue growth objectives.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and curate a range of sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and other resources.
- Multimedia Production and SCORM Development:
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design, video animation, and visual storytelling to enhance the effectiveness of training materials.
- Create learning materials leveraging authoring tools such as Articulate360 and more.
- Tools and Systems Management:
- Manage and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to efficiently implement and scale enablement programs.
- Training and Onboarding:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and facilitate ongoing skill development for existing team members.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, training, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CMS/LMS management, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with SCORM development and learning design.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation, training, and facilitation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
