The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Business Partner to support our Chief Product Officer by coordinating projects and schedules, liaising with key business and functional members across the organization, and supporting the CPO’s vision and key business deliverables. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detailed oriented, responsive, thoughtful, proactive, and adaptable. This is a great opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the executive operations and overall company growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support for our Chief Product Officer, including complex international calendar management and scheduling; in-person and virtual meeting coordination and follow-up; presentation materials, external event registration; arranging travel; special projects; and support cross-functional projects and relationships across the organization
  • Proactively communicate with executive and leadership teams and stakeholders and our board of directors regarding our organization’s calendar and required activities & timelines and help coordinate meetings with these groups on our Chief Product Officer’s behalf (e.g., board meetings, operations review meetings, executive and leadership team meetings, team events and offsites, etc.)
  • Orchestrate & oversee logistics and support for executive events with internal and external participants (e.g., All Hands, Town Halls, executive and leadership team meetings, executive offsites, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's organizational structure and business initiatives to allow for maximum support.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related administrative, operations, and/or project management experience in a global team environment
  • 5+ years of previous experience supporting C-level executives and/or 3+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive
  • Energetic, detailed oriented and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and drive to learn
  • Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and personalities
  • “White glove” service level approach required as someone often on the front line representing the company
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve, multitask and prioritize
  • High level of professionalism, diplomacy, tact and discretion
  • Tech savvy and adept user of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack and Zoom
  • Nice to have: Technology company experience

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
