Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced APAC Technology Solutions Leader to join our Revenue organization. As the leader of our Field Engineering and Professional Services teams in APAC, you will play a critical role in optimizing Pre-sales productivity, improving customer experience, effective technical implementation, and driving revenue growth. You will provide strategic technical input and guidance on the sales process, forecast accuracy, and revenue acceleration. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing a technical resource ratio and utilization model to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical teams.


  • Lead and align the pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and implementation process.
  • Develop and implement a technical resource ratio and utilization model to optimize sales productivity and resource allocation.
  • Enhance the technical onboarding process to align with the business onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for customers from sales to implementation.
  • Provide strategic technical input and guidance to sales teams, helping to identify and capitalize on revenue acceleration opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure technical solutions meet customer requirements and drive business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Field Engineering and Professional Services teams, enabling them to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Field Engineering and Professional Services teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.


  • 10+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within the technology industry, ideally from a DBaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or other cloud-based solutions
  • Has successfully built and led a team of 20+ direct and indirect reports
  • Strong understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales process and experience in driving revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of successfully aligning pre-sales and post-sales teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Technically proficient; been in technical roles that required being hands-on with code, infrastructure, and modern technologies
  • First-hand experience leading through cloud transformation and/or emerging tech launches
  • Expertise in developing and implementing technical resource ratio and utilization models to optimize sales productivity.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide guidance on complex sales processes and forecast accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • History of fostering an environment of internal mobility, coaching, and development of technical leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong experience with working across multiple geographies and cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
