Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional product management professional to join the Aura team that is responsible for the next generation of Neo4j’s products, bringing the power of graphs to developers and data scientists around the world through the convenience and flexibility of cloud.
In this role you will be responsible for defining new features and foundational capabilities related to AuraDB Enterprise - Neo4j’s fully managed database as-a-service offering in the cloud - that will shape the future of Neo4j’s products for enterprise customers. You’ll be the expert on what businesses need, and will work closely with the engineering and design teams to define and build products & features to meet those needs. As a senior member of the Aura product management team, you will help drive the product and business-planning process across key teams in the company.
Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of all aspects of product lifecycle including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements gathering and product launch
- Deeply understand all aspects of the business - to ensure a successful business outcome aligned with our broader product, customer, and company goals
- Collaborate with other product teams to identify and prioritize efforts based on customer needs, market data, and competitive intelligence
- Expert in creating detailed use cases for specific persona, writing acceptance criteria and driving product backlog
- Make smart tradeoffs between desired product outcomes, business objectives, company resources, and time
- Collaborate with product marketing, support, and sales to solve business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants
- Own product launches including working with product marketing, analyst relations, executives, and regional marketing teams
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager delivering successful B2B SaaS product(s)
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle (conceptualizing, building, shipping, iterating, and scaling) a must
- Expert in creating detailed use cases for specific persona, writing acceptance criteria and driving product backlog
- Experience interfacing directly with engineering and design teams during software development and deployment
- Strong writing and editing skills combined with solid presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to drive complex projects across multiple teams and deliver results
- Understanding of various public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Database, data science or data analytics experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrate creativity, an innovative spirit, and a bias towards action
