Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our People team in Miami.

What’s the role?

  • Talent sourcing: Looking for the best candidates to available positions both in Stockholm and in Miami
  • Interview process: Lead the process of interviews among internal stakeholders
  • Employer Branding: Responsible for Linkedin company page
  • Recruitment firms: Be the main contact with external recruitment firms

Who we’re looking for

  • You understand what it means to find a great candidate
  • You never give up to build talent. Second best candidate is not good enough
  • You understand the value of collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Great at building relationships and networking. Should have the skills to build and keep a solid pipeline.
  • Would need to get familiar with the tech stack used across departments so they can identify candidates that possess the necessary tech/software experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with candidates. Should be capable of selling the company's vision and role's potential impact

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience in talent acquisition
  • Some experience in recruiting within the tech industry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
