Product Designer
The role and responsibilities:
As a Product Designer at MAJORITY you will be a part of the design team working to identify initiatives and solve user problems for our app. The role includes taking ownership of design ideas through the research, wireframing and prototyping stages to the final product and beyond. You should be able to champion user research and usability testing across the company as well as help to ensure a high level of quality and consistency across MAJORITY’s products. We think that nothing is ever complete and that everything can always improve. MAJORITY is a dynamic place where the best solution wins.
Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end product design process on digital products from discovery to implementation with multi-disciplinary teams
- You are able to conceptualize and transform complex challenges into design solutions that are as beautiful as they are functional
- You are comfortable taking ownership and driving design work forward
- You are able to make design decisions from qualitative and quantitative perspectives as well as business insights
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Bonus points for any of the following
- Experience in motion design
- Experience in Fintech
- Experience in localization
