The Revenue Operations Manager's mission at Issuu is to seamlessly integrate and streamline operations, systems, and data across the entire revenue cycle, driving consistent and scalable growth for our revenue teams.
This is a newly created role where you will have the autonomy to build scalable processes with a unique opportunity to shape and direct lasting impact on the company's success and growth. RevOps Manager will have high visibility and strategic importance, requiring the candidate to work closely with senior leaders, thus, strong assertiveness, resilience, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure payment and transaction processes work as intended
- Identify and monitor payment and transaction problems and patterns and take ownership of errors and related issues
- Review and analyze accounts to be able to make appropriate decisions as it relates to Risk Management
- Seek out opportunities to automate or simplify complex processes
- Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures to enhance the customer payment experience
- Provide support for daily payment operations, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Research and partner with our customer support and sales teams to resolve customer inquiries related to payments
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and proceduresIdentify and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain reports on payment activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payment operation
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to execute changes in Recurly
What you will bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- High data competence and data analysis: knowledge of data, databases and data analysis
- Detail-oriented and puts a high value on accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) and problem-solving skills
- Expertise on credit card processing
- Proactive, self-motivated and use to work on a cross-functional team in an ever adjusting environment
- *Nice to have: experience with Recurly or similar payment processing system
- *Nice to have: understanding of payment and gateway processing platforms
