As a Pricing Analyst (w/m/d), you will play a crucial role in developing and refining pricing strategies, bundling models, and charging frameworks to support our revenue and market goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to implement data-driven pricing solutions and key strategic initiatives such as our bundled product wrapper project.
🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
Pricing Strategy and Development: Design, refine, and implement pricing, bundling, and charging models to optimize revenue, align with go-to-market strategies, and support performance-based pricing.
Offering Guidelines and Discount Strategies: Create pricing guidelines by product, customer segment, and sales process while developing discount strategies and special offers to maximize revenue.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as an internal pricing consultant, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Operations to shape strategies, ensure seamless execution, and provide expert guidance.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze pricing and revenue using Excel, SQL, and BI tools, monitor performance for optimizations, and conduct sensitivity and market analysis to inform pricing decisions.
Strategic Projects and Execution:Support major initiatives like bundled pricing transitions by providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
🤝 What sets you up for success
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in pricing, consulting or business analysis (preferably within a B2B SaaS or HR tech environment).
Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, pricing analytics, and data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools, with a strong ability to derive actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Strategic Thinking: Expert in aligning pricing structures with business goals and market dynamics, with a strong grasp of value-based and performance-based pricing for revenue optimization.
Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple pricing initiatives aligned with business goals, with a proven track record of effective execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Language skills: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
