🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • Define, develop, and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels with a clear focus on growth, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction for some of the industry's top-tier clients such as REWE Group, Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Post

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as MarTech product managers and engineers, Marketing Managers from SEM & SEO, Affiliate Partnerships, Paid Social & Display, as well as Sales Account Managers, to align and streamline marketing efforts.

  • Prepare and analyze our vast amounts of data to find new opportunities, track progress and ensure that our marketing efforts align with both B2C performance marketing optimization and B2B revenue maximization objectives.

  • Play a pivotal role in the launch of new products, offering a unique chance to work in a startup atmosphere within a scaling organization.

  • Actively participate in defining and refining key processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our growth marketing endeavors

🤝 What sets you up for success

  • Demonstrable interest (and ideally some experience) in digital marketing, digital products and data analytics.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative field, such as business, computer science, or similar.

  • Aptitude for data analysis and making informed marketing decisions using insights derived from data. Experience with SQL (or Python) for data analytics is essential.

  • Strong logical and critical thinking as well as problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills, adept at collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach with a high level of initiative, eagerness to learn, and an unyielding thirst for challenge.

  • Fluent command of the English and German language is required.
