As Working Student IT Support in our growing team, you will support a vast growing team of 400+ employees over several locations with our main office being in Berlin.

Together with your colleagues from the IT Support & Internal Infra team, you will both help on day-to-day support topics and IT administration tasks, but also drive and implement various projects yourself. As we continue our scaling journey to 1000+ employees over even more locations, the IT-Support Team is a key enabler to ensure everyone at HeyJobs has the right tools, equipment, processes and help as needed.

You will report directly to the team lead IT Support & Internal infrastructure, along with colleagues.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

• Provide Helpdesk IT support for all internal IT problems - solve problems fast and administrate common workplace IT tools

• Procure, install and maintain all workplace hardware (desktops, printers, storage etc.) plus On- and offboard users

• Build out and run internal IT infrastructure (office networking, internet uplink, video conferencing etc) in our growing office space and further locations

• Prepare software/hardware selection and tooling decisions

• Help to constantly improve our setup, processes, tooling to provide maximum productivity to our employees.

🤝 What sets you up for success

• Previous experience in IT Support, administration and Internal Infrastructure

• A hands-on, get stuff done attitude with focus on your (internal) customers and a customer-oriented communication when answering users

• The will to learn things quickly when needed and a very reliable, trustworthy personality

• Good problem-solving and time management skills plus excellent command on German & English (both written as well as verbal)

• Experience in setting up office hardware (video conferencing, dashboards, cabling) with both Windows & Mac.
