If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as a Lead and Data Manager (w/m/d) and play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency and maximizing revenue potential.
🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
Identify new lead data sources and sales signals.
Develop and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines to support continuing increases in data value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation strategies and measure their effectiveness.
Setup scalable lead distribution solutions and track SLAs.
Implement systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders.
Lead data analytics initiatives that contribute to our strategic directions.
Oversee CRM data quality and develop scalable solutions to improve data quality.
🤝 What sets you up for success
Proven hands-on experience in data-driven projects.
Good understanding of SQL, Python or comparable languages.
A strong drive for clean and valuable data on a large scale.
High attention to detail with a bias to action and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Marketing and Sales processes and relevant KPIs.
Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
Experience with ETL processes is a plus.
