If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as a Lead and Data Manager (w/m/d) and play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency and maximizing revenue potential.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • Identify new lead data sources and sales signals.

  • Develop and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines to support continuing increases in data value.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation strategies and measure their effectiveness.

  • Setup scalable lead distribution solutions and track SLAs.

  • Implement systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders.

  • Lead data analytics initiatives that contribute to our strategic directions.

  • Oversee CRM data quality and develop scalable solutions to improve data quality.

🤝 What sets you up for success

  • Proven hands-on experience in data-driven projects.

  • Good understanding of SQL, Python or comparable languages.

  • A strong drive for clean and valuable data on a large scale.

  • High attention to detail with a bias to action and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of Marketing and Sales processes and relevant KPIs.

  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.

  • Experience with ETL processes is a plus.
