Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across various channels.
Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns and work closely with other marketers to improve internal processes. Potential direct engagement with affiliate partners in the future.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and other marketing professionals, to align efforts and share insights.
Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring spending aligns with business objectives and delivers optimal ROI.
🤝 What sets you up for success
You have hands-on experience in performance marketing (either B2B or B2C).
Previous experience in a fast-paced tech start-up / scale-up environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and English skills, both written and verbal (German is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
Knowledge of current digital marketing tools and platforms.
