• Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across various channels.

• Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns and work closely with other marketers to improve internal processes. Potential direct engagement with affiliate partners in the future.

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and other marketing professionals, to align efforts and share insights.

• Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.

• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring spending aligns with business objectives and delivers optimal ROI.

🤝 What sets you up for success

• You have hands-on experience in performance marketing (either B2B or B2C).

• Previous experience in a fast-paced tech start-up / scale-up environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and English skills, both written and verbal (German is a plus).

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills.

• Knowledge of current digital marketing tools and platforms.
