We want to strengthen our team! We are looking for a Strategy Associate with first consultancy experience. You'll work closely with our Chief People Officer to define and execute a comprehensive People Strategy, drive impactful projects such as people analytics and automation, contribute to step-change initiatives like defining our Employer Value Proposition or build out Learning & Development for Leadership, and support internal communications.
🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
You work 1-on-1 with the CPeO to support in managing a large part of our organization and to drive its KPI achievement
You lead, execute and coordinate projects yourself - from initial research over idea validation to roll out
You collaborate closely with HeyJobs’ C-Level and department leaders to drive the delivery of cross-functional projects
You provide data-driven insights to inform our strategy
You support the People leadership team by setting up and facilitating cross-team processes such as our quarterly strategic planning
You assist the CPeO in addressing overall company leadership topics, including preparing company-wide communications.
🤝 What sets you up for success
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
As an early level professional, you bring relevant work experience (incl. relevant internships) in Top-Tier consulting firms (MBB) and/or top tier growth stage start-ups and/or Big Tech player (GAFAM)
Ideally, you bring relevant work exposure (incl. relevant internships) to Human Resources
Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently structure cross-functional projects end-to-end
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization
A passion for solving complex problems, deep-diving into new topics, and a hands-on mentality
Fluent in German & English
