We offer you an influential role in a fast-growing company:

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary People (HR) expert to assume the role of Head of People Products. This pivotal position requires a conceptual expert who will drive strategic initiatives and collaborate closely with project teams, without direct team management responsibilities as of today.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • You work 1-on-1 with the CPeO to bring HR at HeyJobs to the next level

  • You lead the development and roll-out of strategic concepts across the company, with the support of a cross-functional project team

  • You are our thought leader on projects such as defining and rolling out our EVP, revising our approach to performance management, developing learning & development programs for leads and employees or our approach to retain and grow top talent

  • You collaborate closely with HeyJobs’ C-Level, department leaders across the company and within HR to drive the delivery of those projects

🤝 What sets you up for success

  • You have a university degree, preferably in HR/business with a strong academic track record

  • You bring outstanding conceptual and implementation experience across all HR topics, including performance management and learning & development

  • You bring several years of relevant work experience in HR with a track record in defining and implementing strategic HR projects in a fast-paced environment

  • You bring experience in leading agile project teams

  • You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including C-Level

  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy both strategic thinking as well as implementing your work

  • You are a strong team player

  • You are fluent in German & English
