We now have 8 funds under management and additional 2 in pipeline.

We currently have EUR 688M assets under management across 54 portfolio companies, making approx. one new investment per month in addition to multiple follow-on rounds.

We have offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Berlin and Paris, and our investments are made across Europe covering multiple jurisdictions.

In this role, you will be working directly with the Head of Transactions on matters relating to investments, including but not limited to reviewing terms sheets and investment documents, supporting legal due diligence, and assisting with all necessary internal documents.

This is a unique opportunity to work with investments across borders in a deeply value- based fund, while getting an inside view of investing in venture capital.

Who are you?

• Student of law (stud.jur, stud.cand.merc.jur or similar), studying for your undergraduate (bachelor's) degree.
• Brighter than most.
• Conscientious & very organised.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• Keen interest in venture capital, and curious about the ins and outs of the start- up world.
