Team mission
We are looking for a driven, growth-minded Content Operations Specialist to level up our team and help us to take our inventory content to the next level. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional workflows, strategizing our operations, and innovating on an efficient and scalable high-quality content pipeline to ensure that our customers have the most customer-centric content in the industry to plan, book, and experience their activities.
The Marketplace Content Quality team’s mission is to manage creation and maintenance of the most customer-centric content at scale so modern explorers can plan, book, and experience our suppliers’ unforgettable experiences with confidence. We aspire to be the global leader in customer-centric content in the travel experiences industry.
You will:
- Define, set up, manage, and continuously improve cross-process workflows for our global inventory’s written and visual content with data-driven insights.
- Break down cross-functional business problems using data, think out of the box to generate solutions, and track the impact for the business.
- Set the direction for our freelancer management operations, including how we recruit, train, coordinate, and support our freelancers, to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency for high-volume targets.
- Leverage your deep technical knowledge and content expertise to ensure our standards are met consistently and to inform best practices.
- Driving the planning of projects for global content creation and maintenance by our Content Project Managers and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and drive necessary improvements in our tech tooling, prioritizing needs based on impact.
- Create reports to ensure our content operations are on track, set up forecasts, and make data-driven decisions to solve operational challenges.
- Be the go-to for, and proactively engage with, Content Operations’ stakeholders to ensure high-quality results and drive the right improvements.
Who you are
- You have 3-4 years of professional experience in content work in an e-commerce business (hospitality or travel industry is a plus).
- You can break down complex business problems and propose sustainable, scalable solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
- You think bigger picture and know how to connect different parts of the business together to have a high impact.
- You have proven data analysis skills and experience in creating reports and making data-driven decisions.
- You are a fast learner and are able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- You are tech-savvy and know how to leverage existing tools or work with project managers and product teams to build new tools.
- You have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels quickly and you can communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
- You are passionate about customer-centric marketplace content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
