Team mission
Are you driven by the power of storytelling to engage and inspire employees? As the Employee Communications Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our internal communication strategies, ensuring that our employees are informed, aligned and connected to GetYourGuide’s mission and culture. Working closely with the People and Global Communications teams, you’ll lead efforts to create impactful content, foster meaningful engagement and enhance our employee experience.
You will:
- Managing global communication platforms and tools to streamline and enhance internal messaging.
- Developing and executing content strategies across key communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Leading content and project management for company-wide events to foster connection and alignment.
- Driving learning initiatives to promote best practices in internal communications throughout the employee journey.
- Leveraging data and feedback to refine strategies and continuously improve communication impact.
Who you are
- You have hands-on experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with a proven ability to deliver impactful initiatives end to end.
- You can craft clear and engaging content that resonates with employees and effectively communicates key messages across various channels.
- You’re highly organized, skilled at managing multiple projects globally while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- You’re analytical, using data and feedback to measure success and continuously improve communication strategies.
- You’re collaborative and proactive, thriving in cross-functional environments and driving innovation in internal communications practices.
- Language: Fluency in English.
