You will:

• Accurately review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring they comply with company policies and contractual terms.
• Schedule and execute timely payments to vendors, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and authorized.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and prepare reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Maintain effective communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies, answer queries, and manage relationships to ensure smooth operations.

Who you are

• You have been working in the Accounting field for the last 3-4 years.
• You have Advanced Excel Skills, proficiency in using advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools in Excel to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting and reconciliations.
• You have Experience with ERP Systems, familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, for managing AP processes and financial data.
• You understand Accounting Standards and can translate day-to-day business transactions into financial terms.
• You demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline AP operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
