You will:

• Define and innovate our global target-setting process by leveraging historical performance insights, trend analysis, and data on supply growth opportunities
• Build and optimize sales steering framework by defining success metrics to steer teams towards high performance, aligned with company strategy
• Continuously improve our performance management systems by using reporting and visualization tools to boost team productivity, and keep us up-to-date with best practices
• Perform detailed sales data analysis to uncover deep insights, identify optimization opportunities, and drive significant performance improvements
• Engage closely with local sales leadership to deeply understand their performance dynamics and provide strategic support to optimize outcomes
• Own the sales performance management roadmap, by executing strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors, VPs, and C-level executives

Who you are

• You have 5+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Marketing in a high-performance environment, or 3+ years of experience in management consulting
• You are analytical and excel at breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones
• You excel at managing large data sets and use it to facilitate your work using tools such as Excel, Looker, Power BI
• You can proactively deal with high ambiguity and don't need to be told what to do, and how to do it
• You are a self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, nothing holds you back from executing a project with a test-and-learn mindset
• You excel at managing cross-team projects and getting multiple stakeholders on the same page, creating engagement and efficient processes,
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Preferred: You have Salesforce experience
