As a Strategic Operations Manager (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will take on a critical role within our operations team. You’ll drive high-impact initiatives, enhance cross-functional processes, and directly support the COO in scaling our business sustainably and strategically.

What you’ll be doing

• Business Unit Scaling: Oversee and execute the launch of new business units.
• Operational Excellence Initiatives: Lead and execute strategic projects across departments, such as process optimisation, capacity planning, and KPI tracking.
• Strategic Leadership: Act as the right hand to the COO, providing both operational and strategic guidance to shape our organisational growth.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Improve tracking of key metrics and reporting to drive insights and informed decisions.
• Supply Chain Optimisation: Map and improve supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

What you need to shine

• Relevant Experience: 2–3 years in top-tier consulting, plus exposure to startup environment.
• Analytical Strength: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• Decision-Making: Ability to make fast, independent decisions based on robust data analysis.
• Strategic Execution: Track record of structuring and scaling new business areas or functions.
• Operational Expertise: Proficient in KPI tracking, demand forecasting, and process improvement methods.
• Language skills: fluent in English. German skills would be preferred.
• Bonus Skills: Programming or advanced analytics tools knowledge is a plus.
