Your Role
As Chief of Staff you will work directly and closely with our Fleet Leadership team Jürgen Lobach (Chief Fleet Officer (CFLO) and Managing Director) and Paul Nobis (SVP Fleet), external stakeholders and employees. Your primary role is to effectively implement the Fleet Leadership's strategic agenda by acting as a link between them and other key areas of the business to ensure alignment and efficiency. You will enable the Fleet Leadership to work efficiently by supporting day-to-day business operations as well as planning and executing key strategic projects individually. In this role, you will gain insights on how a scale-up is being run, and generate high impact in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a winning strategy: Derived from our company strategy, it is your responsibility to shape and execute a winning strategy for Fleet together with our SVP and CFLO. Working cross-departmentally, you strive for efficiency with our customer-first attitude in mind. You act as a sparring partner, join relevant meetings, and drive the delivery of FINN’s fleet strategy. You partner with senior management and our CEO to define the initiatives to further FINN’s growth. You support the Fleet Leadership in managing performance and refining the Fleet strategy.
  • Connect the Fleet department to the organization: Support our Fleet Leadership to run the Fleet department, monitor our ongoing projects and performance, and ensure that our teams work together as effectively as possible. You foster a culture of transparency, collaboration and ownership. You are the connection point to other departments and are responsible to drive cross-department initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead and execute key strategic projects: Manage strategic projects that are important for FINN’s success, e.g. in collaboration with leading global automotive manufacturers, and lead them to success.
  • Make FINN a leader in the automotive space: Working with leading automotive companies, you support external communication, take part in key meetings and help to acquire new partnerships on C-Level.

Your Profile​

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-performance environment, e.g. VCs, strategy consulting, or fast-growing startups.
  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technology management, or similar.
  • Excellent business sense, entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality.
  • Highly structured and outcome-oriented in individually contributing and running strategic projects independently.
  • Great communication skills and strong command of office tools (slides, spreadsheets, docs) with an eye for detail and appealing design.
  • Analytical, data-driven way of thinking to quickly get to the bottom of complex facts.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel.
  • Full proficiency in German and English.
