Your Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will support one of our departments in day-to-day business and individually plan and execute projects. You will work closely with the management team and get the opportunity to join a fast-growing organization working towards selling a smart product with a huge market fit.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive your own cross-departmental projects and tasks: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
  • Support the business: Help the existing management team to master daily challenges, drive high-priority initiatives and get deep insights into specific departments but also the entire company.
  • Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help us to build the best possible version of FINN with world-class processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization.

Your Profile

  • You are pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.
  • Availability of between 4-6 months for the internship.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Your Unit

  • Pricing: Shape and execute our pricing strategy by analyzing sales and subscription price data, testing hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights. Take full ownership of projects to optimize pricing models, drive implementation, and enhance business impact through strategic decision-making.
  • Sales: Advance sales processes and strategies by collaborating with sales leadership on impactful projects, such as optimizing go-to-market approaches, shaping our B2B product offering, or streamlining processes with innovative tools. Leverage data insights to enhance performance and contribute to a scalable, high-performing sales unit.
  • JobAuto: As part of the JobAuto team, you'll work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to drive the growth of FINN JobAuto, an employee benefit, where employees can save up to 40% on the regular subscription rate for their electric car. This entrepreneurial role allows you to support developing one of FINN's key growth drivers. You’ll leverage your strong project management, analytical, and conceptual skills as well as creativity to refine the JobAuto offering, optimize processes, and shape go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the execution of growth initiatives, including online and offline marketing campaigns, and support the development of strategic activation efforts aimed at expanding JobAuto subscriptions.
