Your Role
As (Senior) Product Manager for our Fleet Manager Product team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product process from setting the vision to understanding our customers' biggest challenges to delivering your new ideas. You ensure that we have a seamless best-in-class customer experience and that relevant customer needs are solved in elegant, scalable, and measurable ways. In short: You enable us to bring more than 50,000 cars on the road!

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for our Fleet Manager Product: Shape all product decisions within our Business Portal that influence the journey of our B2B customers. With your expertise, you empower our clients to efficiently manage and optimize their vehicle fleets, driving them towards building up their fleet with FINN.
  • Investigate and leverage the customers’ perspective: Build in-depth knowledge of our customers through direct engagement and data analysis. Understand where our customer experience can better meet business needs and translate these insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Share your knowledge and enable your peers: You collaborate closely with your multi-disciplinary team of design, engineering, and data in the Growth Department to build and iterate on your product together. You close the feedback loop and nurture alignment to create a shared vision.
  • Critically question and analyze: With your profound project management skills, your team is responsible for building and enabling technology that solves user issues and achieves team goals. Working jointly with our Engineering Manager, you prioritize and define requirements to bring our systems to the next level, while always seizing opportunities for automation.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-time product management of customer-facing products, collaborating with technical and sales & customer success teams.
  • Previous experience in an agile, high-growth environment, preferably SaaS, and a track record of driving product growth in a B2B context.
  • Curiosity and experience to understand customers’ needs with the ability to turn them into impactful improvements to our product.
  • Highly structured and analytical working style with demonstrated experience in turning data into actionable insights. Data is your friend and validator.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to break down complex issues into understandable and actionable steps
  • Strong growth mindset and the motivation to continuously deliver value with a lean mindset.
  • Fluency in English. German is a plus.
