Your Role
As Senior FP&A Manager, you are responsible for our company-wide financial planning routines, scenario modeling and stress testing, ad-hoc financial modeling of business cases, and the enabling planning infrastructure. This role is central to our strategic decision-making, reporting directly to our VP Strategic Finance and collaborating closely with the wider leadership team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate the company’s ambitions as well as strategic initiatives and investments into our long-term business plan (3-5 years) and own the underlying model.
  • Lead our yearly budgeting as well as quarterly forecasting process, challenge all business inputs and liaise closely with all other departments. Own and further advance the underlying model(s).
  • Perform scenario modeling and stress testing of our business plan with a focus on financial risk to inform thorough decision making by our senior management.
  • Support other teams across the company with financial analyses and modeling of business cases to assess the viability of new initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of a suitable business planning tool that integrates with SAP S4/Hana to improve the integrity and scalability of our financial models and planning processes.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A and/or Controlling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, business administration, or similar.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting, coupled with advanced financial modeling abilities.
  • Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
  • Quick on one’s feet, well organized, and an excellent team player.
  • Fluent in English.
