In this role, you will manage a team of three Product Managers, ensuring alignment across all products, and driving the strategic vision that enhances user experience and engagement.
A key responsibility will be to focus on driving new, onboarded Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and maximizing customer business value through our product offerings. You will work closely with the Director of Engineering, VP of Product, and VP of Engineering to ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering teams, and to deliver on our product goals.
In addition to product management responsibilities, a key focus of this role is to establish and maintain first-class company-wide communications. You will ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with product developments, timelines, and upcoming features.

Stakeholder Communication: Establish a transparent and consistent communication process to keep the entire company informed about product plans, updates, and releases. Ensure that all teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, and support, have a clear understanding of what’s coming next.
Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for user-facing applications, from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch analysis. Ensure that product development is driven by user insights, data, and feedback.
User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach across all applications, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of product development. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible applications.
Metrics and Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all user-facing applications. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the product portfolio.
Experience Requirements:
