To support our expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to work at our amazing office in the centre of Copenhagen., where you will play a key role in aligning our day to day work experiences at BLAST with our overall business strategy.

Role overview:

You will work closely with our P&C Team, who are located in both Denmark and the UK, and help further develop and drive a cohesive organisational culture across locations, which is important to our future business strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who truly thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is wholeheartedly passionate and curious about people and their requests.

As a Senior People Partner at BLAST, you will be a strategic advisor to our C-Level and senior staff and a day to day people partner to all our employees across locations.

You will work together with and support our senior leaders to ensure that our employees thrive day to day within BLAST and you will do that by acting as a senior “generalist” and by driving HR and P&C initiatives and projects that support our rapid growth and awesome people.
