OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Fluent in English (spoken and written), is a must!
Has experience in sales and negotiations
Has excellent presentation skills, especially in writing
Accustomed to working with a big database of B2B clients
Is able to organize their workflow and time, has effective project management skills
Is cooperative and a team player
Highly ambitious and has a proactive nature
Is patient and thorough very motivated, and pays attention to details
Past experience with advertising sales is a big plus.
Has knowledge of marketing principles (is a plus).
As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to manage all leads of influencers (popular personas on various social media platforms). You will negotiate and purchase content and product reviews on their platforms. Organizing pre and post-partnership necessities is also part of your daily responsibilities.
Build relationships with influencers and negotiate deliverables within budget
Responsible for all pre and post-deal responsibilities: filtering leads, deal tracking, the publishing deadline
Follow campaigns and sales strategy and plan accordingly
Reach the monthly target
Contribute to lead generation sources
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Tracking and improvement of individual performance
Update databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
Assist the team in sales strategy for company growth
