About the job
As the Senior Art Director, you will lead our internal creative studio, overseeing a full-time photographer, a digital content manager, and two graphic designers. This role is central to steering the brand’s creative vision across all platforms and touchpoints, including both online & retail experiences, digital campaigns and social media.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Developing and implementing creative strategies that align with our brand’s mission and business goals.
  • Leading and coordinating the creative team to produce exciting, high-quality visual and digital content.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message online & offline, and timely delivery of creative materials.
  • Managing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects align with the brand’s standards and timelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and applying best practices in branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.

What you'll Bring

  • Proven Leadership: A track record of effectively leading a creative team within a dynamic environment, ensuring that all team members are inspired and aligned with the project visions and company goals.
  • Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in creative direction, preferably within the fashion or jewelry industry, with a deep understanding of visual and digital media production.
  • Creative Vision: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and articulate creative ideas that align with the brand's aesthetic and market positioning.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinking skills to plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using major design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with video production tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends and environments while maintaining high standards of work and creativity.
